Genevieve M. (Catelli) Sporbert-Taglianetti, 99, passed away March 29, 2014, at the Brentwood Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Carl Taglianetti and Everett Sporbert.
She was a daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Morrison) Catelli. Genevieve was employed as a bookkeeper for the former Atlantic Mills at the Shipyard in Providence.
She is survived by one son, Jerry L. Taglianetti; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. She was the mother of the late Richard C. Taglianetti; and sister of the late Lee Morrison.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
