George T. McCaffery, 89, of Sharon Lane, N. Stonington, passed away at Apple Rehab Watch Hill on March 16, 2014. He was the husband of the late Dorothy (Smith) McCaffery.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late William F. and Florence McCaffery. George worked as a dye maker for A.T. Cross for many years.
He is survived by a sister, Mary Scheller of North Stonington; and several nieces and nephews. George was predeceased by a brother, Willet Card.
