Germaine M. (Titus) Rice, 96, passed away April 4, 2014, at the West Shore Health Center. She was the wife of the late Edward Charles Rice, Sr.
She was a daughter of the late Leonard and Salina (Chasey) Titus. Mrs. Rice was an inspector for Mays Manufacturing.
She was the beloved mother of Edward C. Rice, Jr. and Shirley Cicchetti; loving grandmother of Patricia, Edward III, Scott, and Michelle. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late George Titus and Anita Kerwin.
