There was no missing that something was different in the corridors of City Hall recently – Angel made his presence known, as did his master Pearl Salotto. Pearl, who is flanked by Lin Norman-Layman and Gerri Fox, along with Angel, manned an information table on pet therapy. March 7 was Pet Therapy Day in the city as declared by Mayor Scott Avedisian. The group educated people on the benefits of pet assist therapy.
