Goodwill has new clothing donation bins

Posted

Goodwill Industries has recently placed clothing donation bins at several new locations throughout the state, including Barrington Congregational Church at 461 County Road in Barrington; PSR Inc. Auto Service & Repair/Bristol Citgo, located at 1292 Hope Street in Bristol; Pam’s Pizza, 2739 Post Road in Warwick; and at the Town of Burrillville Transfer Station, 350 Whipple Road in Burrillville.

Goodwill accepts donations of gently used clothing, shoes, belts, purses and small toys. One hundred percent of the revenue raised from donations goes directly into training programs for Rhode Islanders with disabilities or other barriers to employment, and supports job training and mentoring opportunities for at-risk youth through the Agency’s Youth Center located in Downtown Providence.
