Helen M. Lamphere, RN, 72, of Warwick, passed away Sunday, May 31st surrounded by her children and family
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Leroy and Helen G. (Curtin) Fratus. She was a Registered Nurse and worked as a 2nd shift supervisor at Riverview Nursing Home.
She was the mother of Christine (Bud) Sarachick, Buddy (Tracie) Lamphere, Mitzi (Joe) Fordham all of Warwick, Laurie (Fred) Trudell of Coventry and Kristina Rysankova of Cranston. Grandmother of Joseph, Christopher, Jessica, Billy, Ashley, Chelsey, Nicole and Kaylah; and great-grandmother of nine. She was also the sister of Donna McDonough of Exeter, Edward Fratus of Warwick, Ann Marie McDermott of Carolina, RI, Robert Fratus of Lincoln and the late Leroy, Roy, Charles, John, Ann Regina and Michael Fratus and Nancy Oldfield.
A memorial mass will be Friday June 5th at 11a.m. at St. Benedict’s Church, 135 Beach Ave., Warwick.
