Warwick historian Henry A. L. Brown will talk about the history of Cole’s Farm at the Warwick Public Library on Wednesday, July 2 at 7 p.m.

Brown’s latest book, “From Occupastuxet to Red Bank: A History of Cole’s Farm,” explores the waterfront estate that was both a working farm and a summertime retreat for more than 200 years. He will talk about how one of Warwick’s earliest settlements became a place of serenity and recreation for generations of Rhode Islanders, including Henry and his family.

Register online at warwicklibrary.org or call 739-5440, x4. For more information, call 739-5440, x221. The Library is located at 600 Sandy Lane.
