Giuttari saved 54 shots on his way to two shutouts, as Pilgrim swept its first-round series against Middletown. Giuttari also stopped three out of the four shots he saw in a game-two shootout.

"It was a long game to start off with," Giuttari said of game two. "Halfway through the game, I was starting to feel tired. It was just about who can outlast the other, and we ended up outlasting them."
