Mayor Scott Avedisian recently joined the management and staff of Liberty Title and Escrow for a ribbon cutting and open house to celebrate their relocation to a 105,118-square-foot facility at 275 West Natick Road. Since their founding in 199,7 the company, formerly based in East Greenwich, has grown from a small regional provider to a nationwide powerhouse, serving lenders, real estate professionals, homebuyers and sellers. Their growth triggered the need for relocation, enabling the company to continue to expand services and reach new markets. In response, Liberty Title purchased the West Natick Road property. The new location provides first-class office space and increases the company’s footprint more than tenfold over its prior location. Pictured from left are: Sal Marinosci, who was on hand to celebrate with his son, Gary; COO Jason Bordeau; Gary Marinosci, president and CEO; Mayor Avedisian; and Jennifer VonFlatern, vice president controller.
