Richard Hall has been promoted to vice president of data services at Pawtucket Credit Union. His responsibilities include managing the credit union’s core processing platform and all electronic channels, including online and mobile banking, and ATMs. A Warwick resident, Hall has been with the credit union for over 13 years and previously served as assistant vice president of data services. He is also the founder and past president of the Ocean State BMW Mini Club.
