Irving R. Goff, 83, died March 28, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Bernice J. (Howrigan) Goff.
He was the son of the late John and Marion (Smith) Goff. Mr. Goff was a letter carrier for 30 years and was the former owner of West Shore Laundry. He served with the United States Army in the Korean War and was a member of the Masons, Nathaniel Greene Lodge.
He leaves three sons, Jay T. Goff, Roger W. Goff and his wife, Mary, and Jeffrey A. Goff; brother of John H. Goff, the late Elmer Goff, Grace Roaks, Eunice Collins and Carolyn Davis; also survived by six grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Wednesday, 4-8 p.m. Information and condolences, visit QuinnFuneralHomes.com
