Johnson & Wales University will hold an information session for culinary and baking & pastry arts programs on Sunday, Oct. 16.
The Continuing Education Admissions Information will take place at the Culinary Amphitheater, located in the Harborside Academic Center, at the Harborside Campus, 265 Harborside Boulevard, Providence, from 1 to 3 p.m., for prospective students. Chef Gill Stansfield will demonstrate how to prepare coffee and cocoa crusted beef tenderloin, skewered with asparagus, potato gratin and balsamic syrup micro greens.
