Jocelynne Leonardo and Jason Snow of Charleston, S.C. have announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kevin Leonardo of Dighton, Mass. and Rochelle Fortin of Barrington. She is a graduate of Barrington High School and the University of Rhode Island. She is employed by Verizon Wireless.
The groom-to-be is the son of Arthur and Judy Snow of Warwick. He is a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School. He is the manager of Thrifty Car Rental in North Charleston, S.C.
The couple first met when they started an outside marketing company in Warwick. When the company moved to Boston, they were both part of the move team. They were friends for about six months, and then Jason asked Jocelynne out on a date. After dating for a while, they moved to South Carolina and after 16 months knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
The wedding will take place at Wild Dunes Resort, Isle de Palms, S.C. on May 29, 2016 in South Carolina and will have a beautiful beach theme with turquoise and champagne colors.
