John Angelo Fabrizio, Jr., owner of John Angelo’s Hair Salon from 1964 to 2006, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 14, 2015, after a short but courageous battle with Leukemia. He had previously survived a nine-year battle with Multiple Myeloma.

He was a proud member of Potowamut Golf Club for 18 years, where he made many close friends. He was happiest to be surrounded by family in his beautiful home and meticulous yard.

He leaves behind his wife, Donna J. Fabrizio, he was the love of her life; 3 wonderful children that he adored, Cheryl Considine, John A. Fabrizio, III, Dana K. Fabrizio, his favorite son-in-law, Timothy Considine; and his grandson, Jordan J. Levesque, whom he was most proud of. And let’s not forget his 11-month grand puppy, Bonham. He also leaves behind his brother Richard Fabrizio. He was predeceased by his parents, John A. Fabrizio, Sr. and Angelina Fabrizio.

His Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95). Burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
