The Gift of Hearing Foundation will host its “Stepping Up to the Plate to Help People Hear” barbeque fundraiser on Friday, June 29 at 5 p.m. (4:30 p.m. will call.)
The Gift of Hearing Foundation has reserved the Green Tent at
McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket for the PawSox vs. Charlotte Knights minor league game. The ticket price includes a seat for the game in either the bleachers within the tent area or any blue seat in the stadium, reserved/free parking and an all-you-can-eat BBQ provided and served by the PawSox staff. During the BBQ, there will be raffle items as well as a silent auction. All tickets will be issued the day of the event at Gate C.

The Gift of Hearing Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to cochlear implant (CI) surgery and services for those who have been identified as candidates for this technology. Eileen Jones, a late-deafened adult whose life was changed by the CI technology, established the Foundation in 2004.
