Robert and Laurie Shaw Marybeth Dr., Warwick, and Raymond and Darlene Bennett of Medieval Way, West Warwick, announce the engagement of their children, Kelly Shaw and Christopher Bennett.

The bride-to-be is received her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Johnson & Wales University. She is a service coordinator at Carousel Industries.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Bryant University, earning his bachelor’s degree. He is the booking manager at Big Orange Productions.

Kelly and Christopher met through a mutual friend in 2004, became best friends, roommates, and then fell in love. They look forward to spending a special day with their friends and family, with a planned wedding date of November 2, 2013.
