AN ORDINANCE REGARDING AMENDING

THE ZONING ORDINANCE

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

SECTION I. Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Warwick is hereby amended by amending the following sections:

§ 300 Establishment and Classification of Districts

See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth fully herein.

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.

EXHIBIT A

An Amendment to the

City of Warwick Zoning Ordinance

Creating

The Conimicut Village District Zone

The zoning plats for the City of Warwick are hereby amended to delete the existing zoning district classification for the following properties and designating the same properties as Village District, as show and set forth on the attached “Conimicut Village; Proposed Zoning Districts” with the letter “V”.
