ARTICLE IV

STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I. Chapter 76 Article IV of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Warwick is hereby amended add the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

(c) No Parking allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

On both sides of Greenwood Avenue from NECO Pole # 13 to the east side property line of 125 Greenwood Avenue from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on school days with the posted signs to also state “no parking, stopping or standing”.

Section II. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
