Avery and Alexandra Luca raised $885 with their stand at Boulder View Drive when they participated in the National Lemonade Days weekend on June 8. The girls’ stand was one of thousands held across the U.S. that helped commemorate Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation 10-year anniversary. The foundation is dedicated to eradicating childhood cancer. The girls ran the stand in memory of their father’s cousin, Rob Venditelli, who lost his battle with childhood cancer in 1987.
