Sometimes it’s instant. Other times it’s unwanted. A bond can even be lost and found again. See three films about people making life-changing connections at Warwick Public Library on Tuesdays, April 16, 23 and 30 at 7 p.m.

On April 16, see “Moonrise Kingdom” (2012), starring Bruce Willis, Bill Murray and Ed Norton. Outcast kids Sam and Suzy run away together, and their New England town turns upside down trying to find them. This is the movie that was filmed in Rhode Island last year.

On April 23, watch “Hope Springs” (2012), starring Meryl Streep and Tommy Lee Jones. Kay and Arnold try to rekindle their 30-year marriage by working on their sexual hang-ups with a renowned New England therapist.

On April 30, enjoy “Robot & Frank” (2012), starring Frank Langella and Susan Sarandon. In the near future, aging thief Frank reluctantly bonds with his robot butler and discovers that the robot is a perfect criminal companion.

Register online at warwicklibrary.org or call 739-5440, x4. For more information, call 739-5440, x221. The Library is located at 600 Sandy Lane. This event is free and open to all.
