David Cotter, owner of the local Fish Window Cleaning office, received the Pinnacle Award at the annual Fish Window Cleaning franchise convention July 25. The award recognizes owners who significantly increase production over and above the previous year.
“This award means a lot to the employees and I as it shows we are growing with new and repeat customers,” Cotter said in a statement. “We instill a superb customer service attitude with our staff, and it reflects back in the growth. With this comes more job opportunities for current employees and new potential employees.”
Cotter opened his business in 2004.
