Lorn Spears to give overview of Narragansett history, culture

Lorn Spears, executive director of Tomaquag Museum, will give a presentation on Narragansett history, culture and contemporary life at the Warwick Public Library on Tuesday, December 8 at 7 p.m.

Follow the 30,000-year journey of the oldest and longest-lasting civilization in Rhode Island. See Narragansett knowledge, worldview, culture and arts as they were and as they are today through the eyes of an expert educator and member of the Narragansett Nation.

Lorn Spears holds a Masters in Education from the University of New England and is an adjunct professor at the University of Rhode Island.
