The Rhode Island Department of Health recently surveyed West Bay Retirement Living at 2783 West Shore Road, which is owned and operated by Brookdale Senior Living, and found the center as deficiency free for 2012. To celebrate, associates were given the opportunity to take their best shots at dunking department heads in a dunk tank.
