The MS Dream Center of Rhode Island and Accessible Rhode Island will host a Wine & Dine Extravaganza on Sept. 27 at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet in Cranston. Proceeds from the event will benefit the two organizations, which are dedicated to benefiting individuals with multiple sclerosis and other disabilities.

The event features a wine and beer tasting, along with a variety of food from some of Rhode Island’s best-known restaurants. The event will also include entertainment, raffles, a silent auction, and a mystery wine and dine pairing. Tickets are $60 each or 10 for $500 and are tax deductible. To purchase tickets, contact Anne Delsignore at anne@msdreamcenter.org or 330-7470.

The Wine & Dine Extravaganza is sponsored by Bobby Gasbarro’s Oaklawn Liquors in conjunction with the following distributors: Charles Fradin and Patriot Division of Horizon Beverage, Northeast Wines, Ocean State, Providence Beverage, Roger Williams Beverage, The Wine Bros., C & C Distributors, and McLaughlin & Moran. Other sponsors include Delta Mechanical Contractors, Maguire Disability Law, Sam’s Club and Walgreens. Some of the dining establishments participating in the fundraiser include Russell Morin Fine Catering, Ichiban, On the Border, P.F. Chang’s, Legal Seafood, Cowesett Inn, Not Your Average Joe’s, Luigi’s, The Melting Pot, Edible Arrangements, The Original Italian Bakery, Buono Bakery, Sam’s Club, Panera Bread, and The Olive Tap.

Accessible Rhode Island is the state’s premiere online guide to information regarding accessibility for places of dining, recreation, entertainment, culture and business. It was founded more than 10 years ago by Marie and Donald Perna as a printed guide but it is now available through a website – www.access-ri.org – that can be readily accessed through any mobile device.

The MS Dream Center was founded in April 2010 with a mission of engaging all members of the MS community in purposeful activity, while promoting a spirit of camaraderie. The center offers a wide range of activities from support groups and exercise programs to educational seminars and various therapies. The MS Dream Center is located at the Peter T. Pastore Youth Center, 155 Gansett Ave. in Cranston. To learn more, visit www.msdreamcenter.
