The Warwick Museum of Art’s Simone Spruce-Torres will conduct a session in crafting a decorative African tapestry Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. at the Warwick Public Library. She will create a tapestry from Kente cloth and recycled materials and help those attending to make their own tapestry.
This craft is limited to 15 participants. Register online at warwicklibrary.org or call 739-5440, x4. For more information call 739-5440, x221. The library is located at 600 Sandy Lane. This event is free and open to all.
