Margherita Maria Nunziata Cinquegrana

Margherita Maria Nunziata Cinquegrana, 98, formerly of Wakefield St., West Warwick, passed away February 11, 2012 at Briarcliffe Manor in Johnston.

Born in the Natick Village of Warwick and a resident of Pawtuxet Valley all her life, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Antonnia (Marsocci) Cinquegrana. Margherita was employed as the first woman supervisor at the former aircraft facility at Quonset Point NAS for over 15 years before retiring in 1961. She was a member of the Civil Air Patrol at Quonset Point.

She was the sister of Yolanda Lombardi and Lena Mansour, both of West Warwick, Frank Cinquegrana of Monarch Beach, Calif. and the late Mary Parente, Celia Dufault, Concetta Peterutti, Constantino, Louis and Anthony Cinquegrana. Margherita is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation was held Feb. 15 in R.A. Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church. Entombment was in Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
