Phillips Memorial Baptist Church, 565 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, is having its May breakfast Saturday, May 4 from 7-10 a.m. $8 for adults, $4 for children 10 and under. Menu includes traditional johnnycakes, scrambled eggs, baked beans, ham, fruit pie, juice, coffee and tea. Handmade May baskets filled with homemade cookie and candy will be on sale.

St. Anthony Holy Name Society is having its annual May Breakfast Saturday, May 4, from 7-11 a.m. at St. Anthony Parish Center, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. $7 per person, children 8 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door or by contacting Chris Amaral at 837-0821.

Norwood Baptist Church, 48 Budlong Ave., Warwick, is having its 88th annual May Breakfast Saturday May 4, from 7-10 a.m. served by waitstaff. The menu will include eggs cooked to order, bacon or ham, home fries, and baked beans. There also will be cereal, muffins, rolls, pies, juice, coffee, tea or milk. Featured will be a sale of all-occasion gift baskets and candy-filled May baskets. Ticket prices are $8 for adults; $ 4 for children ages 5-12, children 5 and under are free. As a combined effort with the Coventry Public Library Foundation, Literacy Volunteers of Kent County will be co-hosting its second Annual May Breakfast Fundraiser Saturday, May 4 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at Nino’s on Lake Tiogue, 446 Tiogue Ave., Coventry. There will be raffles and kid activities for all to enjoy. Ticket prices are $11 adults, $5 children 6-10, children 5 and under are free. Greenwood Community Church, 805 Main Ave., Warwick, will be serving their annual May Breakfast May 4 from 7-11 a.m. The menu includes scrambled eggs, ham, pancakes, baked beans, assorted juices, cold cereals, home-baked coffeecakes, muffins and brads, apple pie, coffee, tea and milk. Also available for purchase are table centerpieces and May baskets filled with homemade fudge, cookies and plants. No reservations are required. The hall is handicapped accessible. Adults are $7, children under 12 $3, children under 5 free. Also, from 8 a.m.-12 noon in the front driveway of the church, the R.I. Blood Center Donor Coach for those who may care to donate a pint of blood.

East Greenwich First Baptist Church will again celebrate May Breakfast on the first Saturday in May. This year is May 4 from 6:30-10 a.m. Adults are just $7 and children $3 and under 5 years are free. There will be orange juice, ham and eggs, home baked beans, johnnycakes baked while you watch, home fries, fresh assorted muffins and home pie for dessert. There will be beautiful May baskets filled with homemade fudge and flowers.

Kelley-Gazzerro Post, Johnston, is having a May Breakfast May 5 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Fruit salad, juice, scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, bagels, muffins, toast and coffee. Donation adults $9, children under 12 $4.

Saints Rose & Clement Parish is holding its annual May Breakfast May 11. Take your mom to a wonderful May breakfast, where she will enjoy eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, beans, english muffins, coffee, juice and assorted baked goods. Prices are $8 for adults, $5 for children 5 and older, children under 5 are free. You can purchase tickets after all Masses this weekend or at the church office during regular hours.
