J&D DRYWALL INC. has filed a petition in equity in said office representing that SUPERIOR RENALTY, INC. & DR. JASON HENCLER, D.M.D. are indebted to J&D DRYWALL INC. in the sum of $29,281.00 besides interest, according to account filed with said petition, for materials furnished and work and labor performed in the construction, erection and reparation of a certain building, belonging to SUPERIOR RENALTY, INC. & DR. JASON HENCLER, D.M.D. situated in Warwick, RI, upon Plat 241 Lot 34 of land owned by the said Defendant, SUPERIOR RENALTY, INC. , in fee simple, bounded and described as follows, to wit:

The following premises on 1775 Bald Hill Road, Warwick, RI (located on Assessor’s Plat 241, Lot 34 according to the Tax Assessor of the City of Warwick, Rhode Island) created by Declaration of Condominium of Green Plaza Condominium dated November 7, 1989 at 1:26 p.m. in Book 1368, Page 183 and its amendments in the Land Evidence Records, City of Warwick, Rhode Island.

Unit 4 and 5 “Green Plaza Condominium” Condo Map 400, Slide 383, together with any interest in the common areas at said condominium pertinent to each unit and together with the rights and easements pertinent to each unit and set forth in the declaration.

claiming a lien for said amount, with interest and costs, and praying that said lien may be enforced against said land and building and against the right, title and interest that said Defendants, SUPERIOR RENALTY, INC. & DR. JASON HENCLER, D.M.D., as the owner thereof, had in and to the same at the time said petitioner’s lien accrued thereon, and attached thereto, and that the same may be sold to satisfy said claim of the petitioner, J&D DRYWALL INC., and all other accounts and demands for which the same is pledged and liable by title 34, Chapter 28 of the General Laws of 1956 and the amendments thereto.

Notice is hereby given to all persons having a lien by virtue of said title and chapter of the General Laws and the amendments thereto, or a mortgage, or an attachment, or any other claim on all or any part of said property, respond, if they shall see fit, before our Superior Court at Warwick within the County of Kent on or before the 17th day of January, 2014, and make out their demands against the same.
