Melvin C. Hart Jr., 76, passed away on January 26, 2014, in Richmond, Virginia. He was the husband of Ann Hart.
He was born on April 23, 1937 in Rhode Island to the late Melvin C. Hart, Sr. and Ellen (MacDonald) Hart. Mr. Hart served in the United States Coast Guard and retired from Civil Service in 1993.
He is survived by his children; Judith A Hart, Richard C. Hart, Susan L. Hart & Linda L. Hart; and their mother, his ex-wife Mary Ann Howard, all of Warwick. He was the brother of Thomas W. Hart, of Foster, Robert L. Hart, of Warwick, and the late Bette-Ann Maguire. He leaves several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
