Mill’s Tavern, acclaimed Providence dining destination known for its exquisite seasonal fare, is celebrating its 10-year milestone with a six-course anniversary wine dinner benefiting the Festival Ballet of Providence Wednesday, April 25 from 6-10 p.m. Cost of tickets, which includes wine pairings, is $150. Twenty-five dollars of each ticket sold will benefit the arts organization. In addition, special guest Executive Chef Jules Ramos from Eleven Forty Nine will join Executive Chef Edward Bolus in preparing the menu selections. Ramos hailed as the restaurant’s very first executive chef in 2002.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres followed by six courses paired with wines. Guests will
enjoy menu items, which include signature dishes from over the years, such as Foie Gras Torchon, Cocoa Coffee Rubbed Grilled Venison Loin, and a Duo of Rabbit. Finally, a selection of prizes will be raffled off including a one-night stay for two at The Marriott Hotel Providence and four tickets
to the Festival Ballet’s performance of Swan Lake.
