The Mind-Body-Spirit-Life Expo returns to Warwick’s Crowne Plaza from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 29.
The event spotlights guest speakers and local businesses specializing in healthy life choices, work-life balance and organization, green living, diet, fitness, massage and yoga, home organization and improvement, family and relationships, travel, career enhancement, and personal development.
Attendees will see 100 local businesses and have the opportunity to listen to 20 informative presentations. Presenters will speak on subjects such as parenting, fertility, relationships, holistic living, and weight loss and more. A complete list of presenters is provided on the event’s website, mindbodyspiritri.com, and includes Dr. Steve Maraboli, Dr. Douglas Haddad and Roland Comtois.
There will be product sampling, giveaways, special incentives from participating vendors, and tons of shopping.
“Everyone can benefit from attending the show. Our presenters and vendors have so much to offer. Whether you are interested in finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle, looking for holistic practices, or want to shop for unique holiday gifts, our exhibitors have it all,” said Pat Paolino Cruz, the expo’s founder and producer. “We believe supporting small businesses is the cornerstone of our local economy. The expo creates a convenient way for consumers to visit a multitude of businesses from throughout the state, in the same day, under the same roof, saving money and countless travel hours.”
