Moira (Toomey) Gallogly, BHSAI, age 63, of Posnegansett Avenue, Warwick, died on March 29, 2014, at home. She was the beloved wife of Paul A. Gallogly.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John T. and Edith G. (Quirk) Toomey, she lived in Warwick since 1976. Moira earned an associates degree from the Porlock Vale Riding Academy in Somerset, England. She was a former riding instructor at the Sunset Stables in Lincoln, RI. Moira was also employed as a customer service representative at the Providence Journal for 10 years, retiring in 2001.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Brian P. Gallogly and his wife, Amy R. of Tampa, Florida, a daughter, Kerry H. Bullen and her husband, Derrik G. of Warwick; three grandchildren, Caroline Taylor Gallogly, Patrick John Gallogly, and Claire Moira Bullen; two brothers, John T. Toomey of Orange, Texas and Michael M. Toomey of Woodbridge, Virginia, a sister, Kathleen Knuettel of Warwick; and her mother-in-law, Helen A. Gallogly of Warwick.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 1, at 10 a.m. from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Peter Church, 350 Fair Street, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited, and may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 8-10 a.m. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
