(Environmental plea aimed at kids)
You may want to send the kids and go shopping for an hour and a half for this simplistic cartoon feature that has polar bear Norm (voice of Rob Schneider) leaving his arctic home to travel to New York City to stop a greedy developer from ruining the environment.
Norm is accompanied by some cute lemmings who like to dance and get giggles from the young ones with their bathroom humor. The rest of the movie has Norm joining forces with a young girl to stop the condo development.
Guess who wins?
That’s about it.
Rated PG with that ever-present bathroom humor.
