New officers

The GFWC Warwick Women's Club recently elected new officers for the 2012-2013 year. From left, they are Debra Capuano, president; Laura Pichette, second vice president-program; Janet Trombetti, recording secretary; Paula O'Neil, corresponding secretary; and Deborah King, treasurer. The GFWC (General Federation of Women's Clubs) Warwick Women's Club is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year with its annual membership drive which will be held Tuesday, Oct. 23, at the Elizabeth Buffum Chase Center in Warwick. The Warwick Women's Club is a civic/community-minded club, which provides funds for local organizations such as the EBCC and provides services and support for organizations such as the Norwood Boys' and Girls' Club, R.I. Mentoring, Project Undercover and House of Hope. Anyone wishing to attend this meeting, call Susan at 737-2651 or email Warwick@gfwcri.org. Refreshments will be served.
