“We don’t have much left,” Aram Garabedian, co-managing partner of the Warwick Mall said yesterday when asked if there is any additional mall space for rent.
Garabedian announced yesterday the newest of mall tenants,
H&M, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, that aiming for a May grand opening. The new 16,900 square foot store will be surrounded by a retail mix including Macy’s, JCPenney, Target, Off Broadway Shoes, Sports Authority, and the future opening of Nordstrom Rack in the late fall.
Established in Sweden in 1947, H&M is one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, with a mission to offer fashion and quality at the best price. H&M features a wide range of fashion, from updated classics and basics to clothes that reflect the very latest international trends. The stores’ offerings are refreshed daily and feature fashions for women, men, teens and children. H&M also offers sportswear, underwear, footwear and accessories. The collections are created centrally by around 140-in house designers together with buyers and pattern makers. In addition to H&M, the group includes the brands COS, Monki, Weekday and Cheap Monday as well as H&M Home.
The H&M Group has approximately 2,500 stores in 43 markets worldwide, including franchise markets. In 2010, H&M opened their largest store in the world in Las Vegas.
