Norma R. Darcy, 90, of Warwick, died peacefully on February 21, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late James A. Darcy.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Rowland and Blanche F. (Titus) Rowland. Mrs. Darcy was a Clerk at Gorham Mfg. Co. and later at Almac’s Inc. until her retirement. She enjoyed line dancing at the Warwick Senior Center.
She leaves her two loving children, James A. Darcy (Thea) of Windham, New Hampshire and Kim Darcy of Warwick. She was the cherished grandmother of Teryn Austin and Taylor Darcy. She was the sister of the late Philip T. Rowland and Ruth Wischnowsky.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in The Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95). Her funeral & burial will be private.
