Not recycling that
To the Editor:
In an article in the Journal titled “Waste deep in confusion,” the director of Public Works, David Picozzi, stated that “if you use toilet paper or paper towels then you have something to recycle.” I’m all for recycling Dave, but I’m not reaching down there for you or anyone else, even with a rubber glove.
