The Ocean State Center for Independent Living (OSCIL) will celebrate 25 years of service to the disability community at a celebratory breakfast April 30, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Radisson Airport Hotel in Warwick.
The Honorable James Langevin, House of Representatives, will be the keynote speaker. The cost is $25 per person; tables of 10 are also available.
