Our nation has gone to the ‘dogs’

I hope I don’t offend too many dog lovers with this letter, as I love dogs also. With that said, recently I saw a commercial on primetime TV pleading with you to “Save the Dogs.”

“Save the Dogs” is a national program that allows you, for just 60 cents a day, to rescue abused, abandoned and mistreated dogs. Their pleas called out to release these animals from the suffering of their brutal, mental and physical anguish, which is the case. It also goes on to state it could be the most important thing you do today!

Imagine, this could be the most important thing I do today? I must vehemently disagree! This topic doesn’t even closely compare to “Saving the Aborted Babies!”

With 1 million babies being aborted yearly, and over 53 million slaughtered since Roe vs. Wade, I know the most important thing I can do today is write this letter! Please continue to help rescue the dogs, but much more importantly, rescue the babies that may be murdered this year!

Otherwise, forget “God Bless America,” as our nation will be “Going to the Dogs!”
