The Early Intervention Program run by the Trudeau Memorial Center for children from birth to 3 years old kept with tradition and held their annual Halloween party Tuesday morning at the Buttonwoods Community Center. According to Karen Ostrowsky, project manager, clinical therapy and parent coaching the program provides helps young children meet their maximum developmental potential. The staff consists of speech/language, occupational and physical therapists, nurses, social workers, educators and nutritionists. The program serves families who reside in Kent County, Cranston, North Kingstown and South County. In 2013 more than 750 children were served. (Warwick Beacon photos)
