The Pilgrim unified basketball team opened up its regular season last Wednesday with a road game against East Greenwich, with the Avengers pulling out the victory.

The Pats still have a long season ahead, though, with six regular season games remaining. Their next game will be on Wednesday at home against Toll Gate at 3:30 p.m.
