The Pilgrim Senior Enrichment Center, located at 27 Pilgrim Parkway, offers educational, nutritional and recreational programs to folks 55 years of age and older. The center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. All meals require a reservation; call 468-4076.

Play bingo Mondays and Thursdays at 1:30

Cribbage League: This new group is looking for players. They meet every Friday at 1 p.m.

Meditation Program: Come to this very relaxed program and learn about the health and wellness benefits that can be gained from this age-old practice of meditation. This program is appropriate for those with an established practice as well those new to meditation. You will have the opportunity to learn several different ways to meditate, look at ways of integrating mindfulness into daily life, and leave feeling relaxed and renewed. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on. It is not necessary to come to the floor. Your practice can be in a chair. Linda Morse has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 15 years. Her relaxed and humorous approach creates a safe and enjoyable setting. Ongoing Classes are Wednesdays (except the last week of each month) 11 a.m., $3 per class.

CPR Class at Buttonwoods Community Center: Did you know most SCAs (Sudden Cardiac Arrests) occur at home? Are you interested in learning CPR? Call Pat Seltzer RN at 468-4077 to register for this or any upcoming class, Friday, Aug. 30, 12-4 p.m.

Zumba Gold last chance now through August: Have some fun with exercise and join the party. Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates international and Latin music with freeing, stress-relieving movements. It is great for the mind, body, and soul, any age or fitness level is welcome. This class is held Tuesday mornings at 8:50 a.m. and the fee is $3 per class.
