Cranston man arrested in fatal NY stabbing

A Cranston man who allegedly fatally stabbed another man outside an update New York bar is facing a manslaughter charge, according to published reports.

Mark Dill, 58, is charged in the death of Terry W. Wormuth II, 31, of Cortland, N.Y. Police in that community told news media that they responded to a reported stabbing outside the Palm Gardens Bar after midnight Saturday and found the victim with wounds to his torso.

Reports indicate Wormuth died after being transported to a nearby hospital. Dill was reportedly taken into custody at the scene, and remains held.

Suspect sought on multiple charges

Police are seeking a suspect in connection with three separate incidents that occurred last month.

Rashard Littlejohn, 34, is wanted on charges of domestic breaking and entering of a dwelling, domestic simple assault and battery, domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct, and three counts of violation of a no-contact order. The incidents in question occurred on Nov. 13, Nov. 20, and Nov. 25, police said. 

Anyone with information regarding Littlejohn’s whereabouts is asked to contact Cranston police at 401-942-2211, or at 911 in the event of an emergency situation. Members of the public are advised not to approach or attempt to detain the suspect.

Man wanted in connection with Edgewood incident

An arrest warrant for a city man has been issued following an incident in Edgewood, according to police.

Thirty-year-old Earl Alan Williams, a.k.a. Ronell Reyes, is charged with domestic simple assault, domestic failure to relinquish a telephone, and domestic disorderly conduct. Police said he was last seen walking west on Park Avenue during the late afternoon hours of Nov. 29.
