womenRYSE, a holistic running and yoga program that empowers women through fitness and business, will host a free information night on Oct. 10 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at The Elephant Room, located at 2170 Broad Street in Cranston. This event is open to women 18 and older who are on their own personal fitness journey.

During this evening, you will be able to register for the womenRYSE Running + Yoga Retreat and learn about the RYSE Leader Certification Program. womenRYSE founder Tara Comer will speak about why she started womenRYSE and how this amazing company was created.

Plus, there will be door prizes and a raffle for a free retreat weekend.

The womenRYSE two-day retreat is designed to energize your body and nourish your soul through running and yoga. Participants will spend a fall weekend in picturesque Jamestown, R.I. with an inspiring group of like-minded women. The womenRYSE method incorporates running and nutrition essentials, yoga and meditation practice, social connections, and empowerment tools.
