This Sunday Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England (GSSNE) will host a panel discussion, “In Her Shoes.”

More than 50 high school aged girls will attend the event at the scouts’ Experience Center at 500 Greenwich Avenue. The discussion will feature prominent women leaders from the region who will share their leadership journeys. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and speak openly and honestly with the panelists. Girls from around the Providence area will be participating in the event via skype from the STEM Center at Rhode Island College, and the public is invited to tweet questions to the panelists before and during the event to @GirlScoutsofSNE, using the hashtag #GSSNEInHerShoes.

“In Her Shoes” is part of the inaugural year of programming held in GSSNE’s new Girl Leadership Experience Center. The Center includes 10,000 square feet of space dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, relevant leadership programming to girls in southeastern New England.
