A pumpkin “spook-tacular” will be held in the center of Conimicut Village at the intersection of West Shore Road and Beach Avenue on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Everyone is invited to carve a pumpkin at home and bring it to 765 West Shore Road (Friends Way parking lot) between 2 and 4:30 p.m. Lighting and display of the pumpkins will be from 6 to 9 p.m. There will be games, a scavenger hunt, and treats for a ghastly good time. The event is coordinated by Woodbury Union Church and supported by the Conimicut Village Association and William Shields Post.
