The Rhode Island Youth Leadership Forum (RIYLF) is now accepting applications for its 11th annual forum to take place Aug. 8-11 at Camp Canonicus in Exeter.

RIYLF is an innovative, exciting program for high school juniors and seniors with disabilities who have demonstrated leadership capabilities in their communities and schools.

The four-day forum includes many activities to help further develop the leadership potential and identify and clarify future goals of students who qualify. Approximately a dozen students with disabilities will be selected to participate. There is no cost to students or their families. Overnight lodging, food, interpreters for the deaf, personal care attendants for students with physical disabilities and transportation during the forum will be provided.
