Rev. Richard Wayne Dupee

Rev. Richard Wayne Dupee, 73, of Warwick, died October 22, 2011 in Coventry.
Rev. Dupee was born Feb. 15, 1938 in Brockton, Mass. He graduated from Boston University College of Liberal Arts in 1960 and from Boston University School of Theology in 1963. In 1963 Reverend Dupee was ordained into the Southern New England Conference of the United Methodist Church and has served churches across Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. He retired from the ministry in 1996.
Rev. Dupee is survived by his wife, Bonnie Dupee of Warwick; a daughter, Laura Dauphinais; a son, Rev. Eric Dupee and his spouse, Rev. Amy Bruch; a stepdaughter, Kim Holleran; a stepson, Timothy Marshall and his spouse, Jill; and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Sylvia L. Dupee.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 3rd, at 11 a.m. at the Crawford Memorial United Methodist Church, 34 Dix Street, Winchester, Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's name to the American Cancer Society or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
