Rockin' for a good cause Sunday at Comedy Connection

Local five-piece rock band Northeast Traffic will perform for a good cause on Sunday from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Comedy Connection at 39 Warren Avenue in East Providence.

Admission is $7 and all proceeds are to benefit Adoption Rhode Island. Members Alex Claros, Burke White, Joe Krapf, Nick Parisi and Sam Clemens make up the act formerly known as Anchored/Anchord and are influenced by musicians such as Santana, Dave Matthews Band, 311, Pearl Jam, Sublime and Rush, to name a few.
