Ruth M. (Marshall) Anderson, age 91, formerly of Alabama Avenue, Warwick, died on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown. She was the wife of the late Arthur C. Anderson.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Victor E. and Edna (Wickwire) Marshall, she lived in Warwick since 1964.
She is survived by a daughter, Elaine R. Clark of North Kingstown; a son, James A. Anderson of North Miami, Florida; a sister, Joan L. Clark of Warwick; three grandsons, David Spellman, Erik Anderson and Nicholas Anderson; two great-granddaughters, Jennifer Barlow and Amanda Fowler, and a great-great-grandson, Orion Fowler. She was the sister of the late Walter V. Marshall, William S. Marshall, and Howard E. Marshall.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, at 10 a.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
